First Post , wuhuu !

Just Starting to give some details on my work.

So with these first videos, I present the main mecanics the player is gonna discover in the first dungeon.

The Health is melted with Stamina in a Ether system, so your action deplets it, but you progressively regen, except during some other actions. I want to add depth to this system by tweaking the Ether Cost and  Ether Regen values depending on the status of the player. On my first tries, I had many bugs with it. But now it's working fine, so I m leaving it before starting to complexify it.

Most of the LD elements are powered by Terminals who needs Bulbs as source of energy, and these Bulbs may be switched on and off with the first tool you obtained. That way I created some simple puzzles with a "find & bring" mecanic, rewarding the player with access to new rooms and some shortcuts.

To help the player, a Scope view can be toggled with few restraints : the player will be able to find bulbs hidden in the grass, aery marking showing hints, but will have a shorten view and this will cost  Ether.

We love some crate puzzles, so I manage to add this feature. It's working at 95% because I have still some bugs when 2 crates are close, with the camera traveling rotation, and also when the character climb it for no reason xD

And for the first tool, I present you a slingshot, but you can call it the Bulburst. It sends Ether balls that can switch on/off bulbs, but also some hidden switch that will trigger the growth of bridge roots.

Well that's quite a mouthful for a first post and I havent sopke about everything there is in the video as the swimming system, the climbing system, but il will be for an other round.
